Use an anti-HIV monoclonal antibody to label HIV-infected CD4+ T cells.
	CORRECT! HIV infects CD4+ T cells and expresses its proteins on the surface of the host cell. In this manner, anti-HIV antibodies can detect HIV infected cells which can then be analyzed by flow cytometry.
